Gang alliances
Team up only where the action rules allow it.
Check the action category
Allies can join small robberies within the limits for that action. For large actions, this section permits alliances only during raids.
Coordinate street backup
Gangs may cooperate when making or receiving robbery demands, and an understrength gang may receive allied backup. Everyone participating as allies must use the same outfit.
Know where cooperation stops
Kidnappings and city events do not allow alliances. Do not run actions near gang bases where reinforcements can arrive endlessly.
