Build a valid scenario
Operate during robbery hours with at least five convoy members. There is no stated criminal cap, and all weapon classes are allowed. Never start a kidnapping inside another active action.
Contact police and set terms
Phone police with your group size and meeting point. During faction conflicts, hostages may pass this information by radio. Keep them safe. Ransom is £250,000 per hostage, capped at £600,000 overall. Officers may reject unreasonable terms.
Check your target
Off-duty public servants may be targeted, as may uniformed servants on foot who are outside an active encounter. The protections for newcomers, paramedics and mechanics still need to be respected.
Respect the negotiation
Treat the meeting area as safe while talks continue. Shooting during talks or metagaming may bring staff intervention. Safe zones and gang territory cannot end your escape. Organisation backup may assist at a suitable confrontation point.
