Tournament Rules

Read these rules carefully. Failure to follow them may result in warnings, disqualification (DQ), blacklisting or further punishment.

Tournament requirements

Check your eligibility before entering:

  • Tournaments from 2s–5s are NOT gang locked. Tournaments from 7s upwards ARE gang locked.
  • Anyone participating needs 20+ hours in city, not under.
  • Participants cannot be within a LEGAL panel.
  • Team names for 2s–5s must be appropriate, with no reference to cheats or anything inappropriate. You must change an inappropriate team name before playing.

Prices

Tournament entry prices:

  • 2s — £500k
  • 3s — £1M
  • 4s — £2M
  • 5s — £3M
  • 6s — £4M
  • 7s — £5M
  • 10s — £10M

Restarts

We will restart for:

  • Combat timers.
  • Glitched GWs.
  • Not everyone being in the GW.

Names & IDs

Keep your team identifiable throughout the matchup:

  • IDs lock 15 minutes before the tournament starts. No ID changes between maps in the same matchup.
  • Players may play on their second heads as long as their main head has 20 hours of playtime within the city.
  • Every player on a team must have a different name, or a variation that makes each name unique and visible on the kill feed — for example, Player 10, Player 11 and Player 12.
  • Do not relog once you have been teleported to the host. Relogging after TP means you will not take part in that round.

Clothing

Everyone must wear closely matching clothing, mainly shirts and pants. Clothing cannot be changed mid-matchup.

  • NOT ALLOWED: helmets, masks, bandanas, high heels, large backpacks, scuba gear or earrings.
  • ALLOWED: sunglasses/glasses.
  • Using any disallowed clothing item results in an INSTANT DQ.

Map & movement restrictions

Stay within the permitted playing area:

  • Entering stables intentionally results in DQ. Entering accidentally results in a warning.
  • Do not go onto roofs or hills on maps where this is possible. Doing so intentionally results in DQ; doing so accidentally results in a warning.

POV & clipping requirements

Keep clipping software running at all times with at least 2 minutes of replay available. Constant clipping is not necessary.

  • POV must have happened within 3 rounds.
  • If using NVIDIA or OBS, set clip length to 2:20+ minutes to be safe. Every clip must be at least 2 minutes long. ANY clip under 2 minutes results in DQ — no exceptions.
  • Include ALL audio: Discord and your microphone.
  • All requested POVs must have the third eye visible.
  • POVs must be at least 720p and 60 FPS. Anything below this results in DQ.

Providing POV

POVs will be collected when there is a final winner of the matchup.

  • If a host or account review team member asks for POV, you must provide it. Clip from the point when they ask.
  • Maximum of 2 POVs per gang per matchup. A third POV is allowed for tournaments 7s+ if the matchup goes to a third round.
  • You have 10 minutes to provide proof of upload. Otherwise, it is classed as Failure to Provide POV.
  • Failure to provide requested POV results in an instant DQ and a solomode check.

Corrupted clips & missing props

Keep proof of any clip corruption:

  • The first corrupted clip requested for POV results in a warning and a solomode check. A second instance results in a player DQ for Failure to Provide, and that player must be substituted out.
  • Corrupted clips must be provided with proof of corruption. Failure to provide proof results in DQ.
  • If 3 clips from one team are corrupted at any point during the tournament, the team is DQ’d.
  • Any instance of no props results in an instant DQ.

Crosshairs & controllers

Equipment restrictions apply in every matchup:

  • Your crosshair must be smaller than your third eye. If it is not, the result is DQ.
  • Controllers are NOT allowed in any matchup. Using one results in DQ.

Tanking

To push tanking in a round, the person reporting it must provide a clip showing the tanking in the round that just happened.

  • Do not test tanking during gangwar matches or between rounds while the situation is being dealt with.
  • If a person tanks 3 or more bullets, the opposing team wins the point and the tanking team loses the point.
  • A player reported to the host by the opposing team for tanking 3 bullets from one player, 3 separate times across 3 separate rounds, is removed from that gangwar and cannot continue in it.
  • If a person is reported and tanks 5 or more bullets, they will be kicked from the city and their team will be DQ’d. The reporting team wins, and no counter clip may be submitted.

Excessive lag

Any amount of excessive lag can be reported to the host. Clip it and give the clip to the host to view.

  • If the host decides it is severe lag, the reporting team gets the point and the point is removed from the lagging team.
  • If this repeats continuously, the person may be kicked depending on the severity of continued lag throughout the matchup.

Solomode & anti-hack processes

The game is paused during solomode checks.

  • Fail solomode → DQ. 3 Day Fac → DQ. Solomode Island → DQ. Pass → continued gangwar.
  • If a teammate is killed within the matchup, it will be an automatic DQ.
  • If a cheater is found through solomode, the money goes to the winning team and the cheating team is DQ’d.
  • The team and substitutes receive a 7-day blacklist, unless the player is under 50 hours.

Exploits & combat

Play fairly and stop shooting when staff enter the arena:

  • No exploiting — for example, shooting with hands up, emote rolling or roll cancelling. First offence: warning. Second offence: DQ.
  • Brazilian speed boost: first time warning, second time DQ.
  • No emoting using the F4 menu during a gangwar. First offence: warning. Second offence: DQ.
  • Using an exploit intentionally to get a kill or an unfair advantage results in instant DQ when a valid clip is provided.
  • Once the host or an account review team member (Solomode/Anti-Hack) drops into the map or arena, do not shoot the opposing team, host or review team member. First offence: warning. Second offence: DQ.

Solomode delays & substitutes

If an individual’s solomode process takes more than 30 minutes, they cannot continue until their process is complete.

  • The rest of the team must continue. If the individual then fails solomode, the entire team is DQ’d.
  • The team may substitute the individual waiting for a check with one of the substitutes on its submitted team.
  • If the individual passes, they may return mid-gangwar in the next round after the successful check. Their substitute then returns to the benched substitute IDs.

Toxicity

Severe toxicity is NOT allowed and results in DQ.

  • Allowed: jokes and banter, dancing on bodies, heated exchanges and shooting bodies to a reasonable extent.
  • Never allowed: hate speech, personal attacks, harassment or mag dumping — 15+ bullets with an AR or 6+ bullets with a pistol. These result in an instant DQ.

Staff & conduct

Disrespect towards the staff hosting the gangwar may result in an individual blacklist, gang blacklist or island time, depending on severity.

  • If you disagree with a host’s decision, do not argue publicly. Ask to be pulled aside for a calm discussion with the host.
