Hostage rules
A hostage must be part of a genuine negotiation, not a staged advantage.
Choose an eligible person
Friends and members of your own gang cannot act as hostages. Someone found unconscious is not an eligible target, even if a medic or adrenaline later revives them.
Protect their belongings
Follow the kidnapping process without robbing your hostage. You may temporarily remove dangerous items, but return them when the person is released.
Use hostages only for negotiation
Taking a hostage must serve negotiations in an action and must happen during robbery hours.
