Code 0 · Stops & searches
Build a justified stop and keep your patrol accountable.
- Patrol size
- 2 officers minimum
- Approach advantage
- At least +1 officer
Prepare a safe approach
Include at least one Soldier-ranked officer or higher in the patrol. Have at least one more officer than suspects before approaching. Apply cuffs before safety checks and act promptly to prevent interference.
Explain your suspicion
A gang shirt or backpack is not enough on its own. Masks, holsters and clothing that conceals weapons can provide grounds for suspicion. Get out & fight still applies.
Search professionally
Code 0 requires clear suspicion and calls for a search when masks or holsters are present. Toxic officer behaviour may result in a warning.
Observe regional hours
Conduct stops only within the robbery hours applying to the north or south.
