Keep the start, attendance window and headcounts clear.
Do not merge scenarios
An ongoing small or medium action must stay separate from street encounters. Criminals need recognisable uniforms. Priority belongs to the gang that arrived first.
Use the official start
Wait for the official announcement. Firing into the air or inventing another signal does not authorise the action to begin.
Wait out the robbery timer
This procedure requires criminals to stay until that timer expires. If officers have not attended, it permits departure with the money without an additional call or wait.
Limit extra officers
The police advantage may be no more than three in medium actions and no more than two in small actions.
